Tried Billy's on June 30th well worth it 3 soda's 3 hot dogs less than 10.00 dollars well worth it I would say if your within 2 miles it's worth it. The spicy one was really good .

When in New York, you need to visit Billy for a hot dog. All the reviews say that this is the place to experience a really good NY hot dog and all of the reviews were right. Billy was very friendly, especially when we told him we had come all the way from LA to try his hot dog cart. He handed us two dogs, both loaded with mustard, kraut and onions. We took our dogs across the street to Central Park, sat on a bench and really felt like we were experiencing New York with each bite. The hot dog was good. Thanks Billy!

If I were a local, I'd be a regular. Billy's is perfect for a simple, consistent meal. FOOD You can get regular hotdogs and also spicy versions. There's a big difference between the two. The spicy one is fatter and is actually pretty spicy. You can ask him to customize them. I ordered one of each hotdog type and had them loaded. Since this is a cart, there are no tables of course. Across the street, you'll find a good number of benches though! SERVICE Quick, reliable and friendly service.

Billy is awesome! I came to New York for the first time and had to have a hot dog when I visited Central Park. I looked on Yelp and found Billy's cart had great reviews so bookmarked his cart to visit when I arrived. I thought the hot dog was pretty good, but billy made it great. The fact is, he is so friendly, and even gave me a discount which I didn't want, and I tried to tip which he wouldn't take, that gave me the impression that all he cares is that you're happy with his product. I was happy with the hotdog, I asked for red onion sauce, mustard, and sauerkraut. It was good! There was no line yet, as it was fairly early in the morning. Glad I got my Ny hot dog fix here.

After walking around Central Park, I thought a quick bite nearby would be great. Google Maps had some options, but what caught my eye was Billy's Hot Dog Cart, which had a "Top Rated" label. Mmmmmm... worth a try. The stand was surrounded as I approached. Several excited children were screaming "Billy! Billy!" as he passed around a box of candy. Their grown-ups were bantering good humoredly with him. After they left, I ordered a hot dog. He asked me if I wanted regular or spicy, and what type of accompanying condiment. We conversed as he worked. There were others waiting to order after me. Billy took the time to talk to them, too. The hot dog was tasty enough. It was Billy's kind, welcoming demeanor and sense of community which made his hot dog cart so special.

Hands down the best hotdog I've ever eaten in my life. No joke. I've never gotten the craze around NY hotdogs. I've tried Nathan's, papaya, other hotdog carts around Central Park, and they've never been as good as this. For only $2 (crazy in this this time of inflation), you get a choice of non-spicy or spicy sausage, relish, sauerkraut, ketchup and mustard. PLENTY of relish and sauerkraut. I like the relish is the best part of Billy's hotdogs though. Make sure you try it out!

Had heard of this hot dog cart on He Be Barr YouTube Chanel, also highly recommended if heading for a visit to New York City. Anyway, after a long walk during a rainy day of Central Park we stumble onto Bill's Hot Dog Cart. He was just as nice and when He Be Barr visited. A very pleasant business man. That was on my list of what to eat in NYC. I love hotdog carts, but Billy made this an experience. He was so nice. He gave a choice of type of hotdog, we chose spicy since that is what we prefer. I had it with onions, relish, and mustard. I must not have been living right right, I swear this is the first time my hotdog was split open and filled with my choice of toppings. Hubby had his with ketchup. We got a bottle of water since we were out of water after Central Park visit. We found a bench out of the rain to enjoy our hotdog. It was such a good experience.
